We offer yoga classes 7 days a week, with talented teachers bringing you a wide range of Yoga styles, to help you improve your health and develop your yoga skills.

Yoga Loft is a peaceful space attracting like-minded people and fellow practitioners of Yoga.

The Room has been design to create an ambient environment to practice yoga, using lighting and a carefully chosen colour scheme.

    Teresa made a successful career in Human Resources and worked in various sectors from retail to Banking over a 15 year period. Teresa is full of energy and fun and her classes are always memorable and challenging.

    You can book online and pay online or we operate a drop in class basis which will be first come first served.  We will have offers to promote certain classes and workshops.

    Kevin Dennison

    Teaches mindfulness based practice to his clients as a means of brining mental peace. He has been practising yoga for over 15 years and meditation for over 24 years. His style is based on a spiritual understanding of the ancient wisdom of Yoga.
